    I'm guessing Peru because of the flag on the first pic... but I really can't say for sure.

    Love the shell wallpaper--almost guessed Santiago Chile on account of the Santiago shells.

    I was going to guess some place sort of third world-ish but with a Colonial past. Others said Peru, so is it Lima? Have you been there?
